HUAJIN International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. (Abbreviation"HUAJIN International Exhibition") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HUAFA Property Service Group Co., Ltd. (00982. HK), a listed company controlled by HUAFA Group, a leading state-owned enterprise in Zhuhai. The company is registered in Hengqin Free Trade Zone and its main office is located in the CBD core area of Zhuhai Shizimen International Convention and Exhibition. The main business is the hosting, undertaking and site operation management of large and medium-sized conferences, exhibitions, sports and sports activities.

By the end of 2020, the company has successfully hosted and operated many large-scale international exhibitions and events, such as China-Latin America International Expo, China-Israel Technology Innovation Investment Conference, 21st Century Maritime Silk Road International Communication Forum, Australia-Zhuhai Entrepreneur Summit, Shizimen Financial Week, Happy Midsummer Wedding Pre-order Festival, Successfully co-organized the Zhuhai Zhuhai International Automobile Expo, Zhuhai Youth Robot Competition and other host events, successfully incubated the independent IP exhibition project Zhuhai International Design Week, established a special operation platform for the IP Design Week, and built a Zhuhai-Macao Design Center for IP Industry Expansions through mining the potential industrial value of the IP Design Week.

  "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" China (Guangdong) International Communication Forum

  The "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" China (Guangdong) International Communication Forum, through the integration of high-quality resources at home and abroad, shows in an all-round, multi-angle and multi-channel development strategy of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Guangdong promotes full opening up with a broader vision, higher target requirements, and more powerful measures, actively implements the central deployment, participates in the “Belt and Road”, especially the measures and achievements in the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, and builds an international communication platform that is more conducive for Chinese (Guangdong) enterprises to go out with foreign cooperation, seminars and dialogues and results release. From 2017 to 2019, three consecutive "21st century Maritime Silk Road" China (Guangdong) International Communication Forums were held in Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center.   China-Israel Technology Innovation Investment Conference

  The China-Israel Science and Technology Innovation Investment Conference is an important platform for China and Israel to implement the "Belt and Road" initiative, discuss China-Israel economic and technological investment cooperation, and promote economic and trade culture, technological innovation exchanges and cooperation between enterprises. It is also the largest Israeli-Chinese special technology innovation investment event to date. By the guidance and support of the relevant departments of the Chinese and Israeli governments, the third and fourth China-Israel Science and Technology Innovation Investment Conferences were held in Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center in June 2017 and July 2018, respectively.

  China-Latin America International Expo

  China-Latin America International Expo is China's first comprehensive international exhibition for Latin America and the Caribbean region. With economic and trade cooperation as the core, science and technology and agriculture cooperation as the support, the Expo organizes relevant exhibitions and conferences around commodity trade, service trade, technical cooperation, investment finance, tourism cooperation and other fields, which is of great significance for China Latin America trade exchanges. Huajin International Exhibition undertook the first China-Latin America International Expo and followed up from the project planning stage, including planning, budgeting, event planning, investment promotion, project promotion, exhibition planning and on-site execution management. The successful holding of the Expo has also accumulated rich valuable experience for Huajin International Exhibition.

  2020 Macao-Zhuhai Entrepreneurs Summit

  The 2020 Macao-Zhuhai Entrepreneur Summit with the theme of "Developing Emerging Industries Together and Building the Dream of the Bay Area Together" opened at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center. Through the opening ceremony and main forum, 5 parallel dialogues, B2B conferences and economic and trade inspections, the summit provided a platform for exchanges and cooperation to the guests, promoted the in-depth cooperation of the Zhuhai-Macao convention and exhibition industry, and helped the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Huajin International Exhibition has been involved in the whole process of the project, providing the "whole process" services of summit planning, on-site implementation, guest reception, security certification and promotion, and helps the main organizer complete the preparation and implementation of the summit with high efficiency and quality in a short time.

  Zhuhai International Design Week is guided by the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government, Zhuhai Huafa Group, co-hosted by Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Design Federation, and Macau Design Center. It is the most influential design event in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Zhuhai International Design Week is based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and faces the world. It takes "design innovation to drive industrial upgrading" as its important mission, promotes and supports Chinese original design as its mission, and attracts high-end manufacturing design elements and innovative resources to gather in Zhuhai. It is an important cultural brand project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area that Huajin International Convention and Exhibition strives to create and a new business card for Zhuhai's urban culture. From 2018 to 2020, three consecutive Zhuhai International Design Weeks have been held in Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center.

  2020 Zhuhai-Macao International Auto Expo

  The "2020 Zhuhai-Macau International Automobile Expo" (hereinafter referred to as the "Zhuhai-Macau Auto Show") co-sponsored by Nanguang Group and Zhuhai Huafa Group and undertaken by Nanguang International Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Huafa International Exhibition Co., Ltd. took "dual engine combustion, defining Zhuhai-Macao New Auto Show" as the theme, with an exhibition area of 20000 square meters, attracting nearly 40 mainstream passenger car brands to participate in the exhibition. When it was held for the first time, it became Zhuhai's indoor auto expo with the largest scale, the most comprehensive exhibiting brands and the most abundant supporting activities.
